ABSTRACT
The Social Management must provide spaces with encounter for the reflection and the promotion of the capacity, the Exchange of information, experiences, saberes and accumulated knowledge, tying local problems to national and international policies, promoting therefore the rights, duties, I interest, commitment and learning of the people, for the development and transformation of necessities in common areas, from which it is used the ethical networks whose foundations are the principles of solidarity, respect, justice fairness, tolerance, collaboration, that protect the particularisations of a certain community, causing an efficient management.
