MODERNIZING THE ORGANIZATIONAL PROCESSES AS A PRODUCTIVE FACTOR IN MANAGEMENT FOR DEVELOPMENT PUBLICA

ABSTRACT

This research is intended to cover one of many global challenges that has arisen man to give impetus to management for development. This fact-specific investigation and analysis is the modernization of the organizational processes as a productive factor in the management of public sector development in the road. The investigation comes in the form of descriptive, supported by a non-experimental design field, also includes a descriptive study, document review and literature and where it was considered a population of 16 subjects leaders of the Ministry of Infrastructure (MINFRA) and Institute of Roads (INVIALFA) of Falcon state, among the most outstanding highlights scarce factors for boosting productivity in organizations in relation to management development that includes modernization of processes: organizational structures, technology, and other tangible and intangible elements and findings as it emphasizes that productivity in the management of Falcon state road can not be measured because it has no tangible indicators of performance and managerial impossible to monitor the modernization of the organizational processes.
